2017 FH5K SIPES 402017 FH5K SIPES 243The Paws on the Promenade Expo is one of the highlights of Fire Hydrant 5K & Paws on the Promenade Expo! Both before and after the walk/run, more than 70 local businesses are featured as part of this unique shopping and pet-friendly experience. Whether you’re looking to sell merchandise, raise awareness, or educate the public, this is a great opportunity to directly reach our audience of over 1,100 engaged, pet-loving attendees and volunteers!

Each vendor will receive a 10x10’ booth space, one 6’ table and two folding chairs, and the opportunity to put items into 1,000 participant goodie bags. Please note that a 10x10 tent or canopy is recommended, but not provided.

Q: How do I secure my booth space?

A: Fill out and submit the Fire Hydrant 5K booth application above with the appropriate fee and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.or mail it to 3501 E 71st Street, Loveland, CO 80538 – but hurry! Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth vendors will receive specific information and instructions pertaining to event set-up in the weeks preceding Fire Hydrant 5K. The deadline to submit your booth application and your 1,000 items for the goodie bags is May 10th, 2019.

Q: What must I provide?

A: Although not required, it is suggested that booth vendors supply their own 10’x10’ tent or canopy (larger sizes are not permitted). Tents must be properly weighted, as they cannot be anchored into the ground. If you do not own a tent, FLEXX Productions, official rental sponsor of this year's event, will be happy to rent one to you and facilitate set-up and tear-down at the event (more details will be provided prior to the event).                            

Q: Can I sell merchandise at my booth?

A: Yes, but please note that any sales of items are subject to all city, county and state tax as well as PIF (Public Improvement Fee) and RSF (Retail Sales Fee). Please contact the City Sales Tax Department at 962-2708 with any questions and for additional details that you will need. Booth vendors planning to sell merchandise must fill out a Special Event form for the City of Loveland Sales Tax Division. Q: What should we include at our booth?

A: This event attracts a wide variety of attendees, including runners, animal lovers and families! Sales of items and services that cater to these audiences have been popular at past events. In addition to selling merchandise, booth vendors often choose to display information about their services or facilitate an activity for their event attendees to participate in. *Choke chains and pinch collars may not be sold at this event as Larimer Humane Society does not promote these methods of training.
