POTW 07.16Are you ready to add a new member to your family? Consider one of this week’s Pets of the Week! Meet Clementine a 10-year-old Foxhound mix ready to go on her next adventure, Moe a two-year-old, male cat looking special home and Daphne, one of 23 mice looking for a new family to call their own.

Meet Clementine, she is a 10-year-old American Foxhound mix. This old gal has an adventurous spirit. She has come to Larimer Humane Society a few times as a stray and is looking for a new home that will be able to fulfill her desire for adventure with lots of walks and playtime to keep her from wandering away from home again. During her time here at Larimer Humane Society she received some much needed TLC from our Veterinary Services team, we cleaned up her teeth, trimmed her overgrown nails, removed a mass from her hip and treated her for a skin infection. After spending some time in a caring foster home Clementine is ready for her next journey with her new forever family. Swing by and meet Clementine today! Her adoption fee is $100.

Moe is a handsome, two-year-old cat looking for the perfect home! He is a confident cat that knows what he likes. He enjoys playtime and cuddles but isn’t a fan of feline friends and can do without being picked up. If you’re looking for an independent cat with lots of personality and lots love to give, Moe is your guy! Moe doesn’t mind dogs but would do best in a family with older children where he is the only cat in the home. If you are looking for a new family member come Moe come meet him today! His adoption fee is $45.

Daphne is one of 23 mice we have available for adoption. Mice make adorable, playful pets! Mice are independent creatures that are easy to care for but do best with daily handling and weekly cage cleaning. While it might be tempting to adopt a mouse or two for your child, they do best as pets for adults but can make good pets for older children with supervision. If you have room in your heart and home for a few tiny mice come meet Daphne and her friends today!
