 Dear Larimer Humane Society,
We wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of Zeke (aka Bernie & Mr Wags) until we could find him and adopt him. On Halloween we came to your shelter to "look" at another dog and left with a perfect match- Zeke! He has been such a great addition to our home.
He is our faithful running buddy, reliable wet nose alarm clock, professional sock stealer, and the smartest dog on the block!! He has brought so much love and affection to our household. Although trying at times (like any 11 mos old) he keeps us laughing. His favorite place in our house, from day 1, is a big leather easy chair that sits in front of our front room window. He is like a king in his chair, but willing lets you share it if you want a snuggle. What a blessing he has been to our home! Thanks again for taking care of Zeke,and for all you do for all the other pets you give love to!

P.S. We looked at Zeke because of his mix with airedale terrier and hoped that he would be a little easier on my huband's allergies than our previous lab was- and he is, not 100%, but liveable! We are such advocates of shelters/rescues now because there is the perfect dog just waiting for the right home.
