Happy Tails

Cheba
cheba.jpgWe adopted Sheena on 4/20. We changed her name to Cheba. We werent too sure how our very spoiled kitty at home was going to take the new addition. It only took a week and they are getting along great! She is a very sweet, very mischievous little kitty. We're very happy with her. The picture is both our kitties napping on the couch.

Kale PDF Print E-mail
kale.jpgMeet Kale!  (aka Sam)!  He loves you even though he can't see you!

I adopted him in November of 2008 and he is just the sweetest little boy!  Sitting on the floor?  Here!  He'll come say hi by putting his head in your lap!  Asking him if he needs to go outside?  He'll answer: Woo-woo and jump up in the air, unsure if his tail can wag fast enough!  Enjoying a movie?  "What are you watching?" he asks.  I'll watch it too...right by your side! I am a CSU student who owns an Arabian horse, but horses are a little big to put into an apartment!  So, I first went to the Humane Society looking for a cat, but when I went to check out the dogs in the back kennel, I knew God had other plans for me.  Here Kale was (at that time known as Sam), not with a puppy face look or "take-me-home" eyes, but more of a "You know you love me, because I love you too!  I was wondering when you were going to show up!"

Kale is such a joy!  And quite the little rascal too!  Although a purebred husky, he will be guard dog too, and not leave my side if he feels the need.

But once a lover, always a lover!  So long as you make the time to scratch his chest!

Happy dog adopter,
Allie Wilde
