 Thank you LHS! We adopted Rubi - a 6 yr old Corgi. The info in the surrender paperwork, as well as the Canine-Ality and Safer behavior evaluations was invaluable in helping us find the right dog.
Poudre Pet & Feed treated us like royalty and we got her in to the
vet asap. Rubi was holding back in her eval though…she knows sit,
stay, lay down, ok, no jump, leave it, come, stay, and is
housetrained! She doesn’t bug our cats and LOVES kids, walking, and
being a good girl. We contacted Bark Busters to learn how to teach
Rubi to control her “short-dog” syndrome (e.g. barking at the big
dogs). We could not be happier with her and want to encourage other
adopters to consider an adult or senior dog.
