Hello,
We adopted Amelie in June of this year. She was only 3 1/2 months old, but we knew she was the one when she jumped up into my and my 4 year old daughter's lap and started purring in the visiting room. Amelie has made us so happy. She is our daughter's first pet. She even won over my husband who didn't want to get a pet! Thank you so much for taking care of Amelie until she could find the perfect home- ours!

We adopted Bella (you called her “Sabina”) from the shelter in March 2008. We lost our 19-year-old cat six months previously and were looking to fill the void in our lives. Thank you for taking such good care of Bella for us! She is an active, inquisitive cat who makes us laugh every day with her little idiosyncrasies. She enjoys curling up in our laps, pouncing on toy mice, chasing crinkle balls and wrestling with anything with catnip in it. She loves attention and demands we give it to her! We love her very much and wonder how we ever got along without her. Thanks again.

Thank you, Thank you for doing all you do! Last April my boyfriend and I came to LHS and saw a spunky, sweet cat named "George". He's changed our lives forever, he's absolutely the greatest cat I've ever met and never fails to get us both laughing. We changed his name to Oscar, and got him a very hip skull collar. We loved him so much a few months back we came back and adopted another baby "Sadie", who is now Miss Lucy to us. I have wonderful news to report, Oscar and Lucy are in love and never leave each others side. Thank you to Lucy's foster family, you took wonderful care of our baby! All my love and Thanks! We adopted these two on Halloween and they were just soo cute. In a little over a week they have doubled in size. I was hoping to get in contact with the foster family that took care of them. They are great and doing well. Trying to get their winter coats on quick since we have snow.
