My husband and I adopted Sha ne-ne, now Greta in June shortly after the passing of our dog Nash. We weren’t sure if it was the right time to bring another dog into our family, but within 2 minutes of meeting Greta all doubts left our minds and we knew she was meant to be a member of our family forever. She is a wonderful dog! She loves to hike, swim, and most of all, play ball. Whatever she is doing she aims to please. We have fallen in love with her and are so grateful for the wonderful adoption experience we had with the Larimer Humane Society. Thank you.

We adopted Sheena on 4/20. We changed her name to Cheba. We werent too sure how our very spoiled kitty at home was going to take the new addition. It only took a week and they are getting along great! She is a very sweet, very mischievous little kitty. We're very happy with her. The picture is both our kitties napping on the couch.

We adopted Leroy from you about a year ago. He has been such a wonderful pet as well as a companion to our other dog Riley. He wasn't anything close to what we were looking for but he was just what our family needed. He is one of the happiest and most loving souls you will ever meet. He has brought so much joy to our family. Thank you for everything.
With love and thanks,
The Rhodes Family

Dear Sir or Madam,
On Apr 3 we got "Mallory" from you. She's doing just fine and once our other 3-1/2 yr old cat got use to her, it's been fun having her! I'm sending this message to let you know that we have re-named her "Tegger".
Thanks and were sure glad we have her!

Hi LHS,
Henry is doing really well in his new home! We adopted him in December 2008 and decided to keep the name that you gave him. He is truly a unique cat. Instead of hiding under the bed like most cats would do when you first bring them home, Henry just marched right into our living room and plopped on the couch, letting us know that he was in the right place. He is very playful and especially loves feather toys and string. Henry is also quite adventurous and likes to launch aerial attacks on our dog. He is always first in line when it's time for food. Sometimes, he'll even jump up and knock the food out of your hand before you've had the chance to put anything in his bowl. Despite his crazy antics, Henry is an affectionate cat and we can't imagine not having him around. Thank you!

Wes Foster and Sarah (now Sadie). She was adopted 10-31-08 from Larimer Humane Society. Here is a picture of Wes and his little skipperkee named Sadie (her name was Sarah, but he changed it to Sadie). She is the cutest thing ever. I know that if Wes ever gets tired of her (not) I'd be glad to take her.
I hope all is going well for you.
