Rocko Collage 2 4 19Welcome to Pets of the Week! Love is in the air, and our adoptable pets want nothing more than to come home and love you! Today we would like to introduce Rocko, a sweet senior gentleman, Big Blue, a one-year-old gray long-haired cat, and Pharoah, an easygoing ball python who would like to chill with you.

Looking for an older fellow who is well-behaved? Rocko is the guy for you! Rocko is an eleven-year-old Staffordshire terrier who has lived with families his whole life. This happy pup may be older, but he is young at heart! Rocko gets along well with people of all ages, including children, and he loves to sit with you and receive affection! Tug-of-war is Rocko’s favorite game. This old man is sweet and easygoing, and he has a little arthritis that will need monitoring, and he can be hard of hearing. Can you give Rocko the perfect home? Bring him home today! He can be yours for $175!

You can say “Hi!” to Big Blue, but he may not respond right away! Blue is the strong, silent type, and he will need extra time to adjust to his surroundings. This handsome fellow came from an overcrowded home where he lived with many other cats and couldn’t express himself. This has left Blue feeling shy and uncertain when it comes to new people. In fact, Blue is currently classified as one of our working cats, which means he may be better suited to the outdoor life of a mouser! Don’t write him off, though; someone with patience who can put in the work to socialize Blue could maybe coax out his true self! Come by and see him today! Big Blue can go home for $25!

Meet Pharoah, one of two regal residents here at the shelter! Pharoah and Nefertiti are both juvenile ball pythons who could go home with pretty much anyone. Ball pythons are relatively easy to care for, and make great snakes for beginner reptile owners! These guys are docile, relaxed, and easily handled. In fact, the more you handle your python, the more tame he will become! Pharoah would love to perch on your shoulders and rule the house! Come by and visit with him today; Pharoah can go home for $35.
