Daisy
Daisy was declawed as a kitten before being surrendered to a shelter. There were some complications with Daisy’s declawing procedure, and remnants of bone were left behind but there was hope for Daisy when she found a new home. After some time Daisy’s claws began to grow back, this caused Daisy immense pain and made her prone to infection. The only option to ensure Daisy’s health and alleviate her pain was surgery, which her family was unable to provide for Daisy, so she was surrendered to the Larimer Humane Society.
