Jurisdictional Licensing Requirements
- Residents of Larimer County and Timnath are required to have their animals vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian and need to license their dogs-only
- Residents of the City of Fort Collins, the City of Loveland, and the Town of Wellington are required to have vaccinated and licensed both their dogs and cats.
- Residents of Estes Park or Berthoud, please contact your Town Hall for licensing requirements.
Please note: Additional impoundment fees and court charges may apply when a stray animal is impounded without a license tag.
