Camille Susemihl

Camille Susemihl is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Larimer Humane Society.  She joined the Board of Directors in May 2010.  Susemihl is the Chief Financial Officer for the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies, a position she has held since May 1996.  In this important role, Susemihl is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations including financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the organization.  In addition, Susemihl oversees daily operations for the billing office and IT department.

Prior to joining the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies, Susemihl served as the Controller for Startek, Inc., where she was responsible for the management of the accounting department and oversaw the preparation and presentation of monthly financials. 

Susemihl graduated summa cum laude from Regis University with a double major in accounting and management.  She passed the CPA Exam in 1996.

Susemihl’s top priority as a Board member is to share in Larimer Humane Society’s efforts to educate the community on responsible pet ownership and further Larimer Humane Society’s Animal Protection & Control efforts to stop the cycle of animal neglect and abuse.

Susemihl lives in Fort Collins with her animal menagerie including her Sheltie Riley, and three cats Maggie Mae, Dickens and Oliver.
