Jackie Harris

Jackie M. Harris is a member of the Board of Directors for Larimer Humane Society.  She joined the Board of Directors in February 2011.  Harris is President and CEO of Klein & Co. Corporate Housing Services, Inc.  In this capacity, Harris is the sole officer and member of the Board of Directors for the company, responsible for handling all operations of the business.  She has been with Klein & Co. since September 1995.  Prior to founding Klein & Co., Harris served as a legal secretary with law firms in Irvine, CA and Washington, D.C.

Harris received her Bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Maryland and was recently declared the National Association of Professional Women’s VIP Woman of the Year for 2010/2011.

Harris’ top priority as a Board member is to continue educating the community on responsible pet ownership and compassion for animals. She feels that increased awareness of responsible care and treatment of animals in future generations is critical to decreasing the number of animals being surrendered and euthanized.

Harris lives with her husband Steve, her three step children and four miniature schnauzers in Golden, Colorado.
