Client Services Representative (1 position)
Full Time (40 hours), Non-Exempt, Hourly position
Client Services personnel represent Larimer Humane Society in a professional and courteous manner and provide quality client service at the Shelter’s front desk. The job requires great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone. Must be able to quickly learn and accurately use specialized software as well as learn and apply a wide range of policies and procedures. Work includes processing animal adoptions, animal returns to owners and animal surrenders as well as physical animal handling and other duties. Client Services positions generally include at least one weekend shift. Please include days and times of availability in cover letter.

Client Services Representative (CSR) Lead
Full Time (40 hours), Non-Exempt, Hourly position
INTERNAL APPLICANT ONLY POSTING. The Client Services Representative (CSR) Lead position represents Larimer Humane Society in a professional and courteous manner and provides quality client service and leadership at the Shelter’s front desk. Requirements include six months of Larimer Humane Society CSR job experience, a working knowledge of a wide range of Society policies and procedures and the ability to consistently enter complete and accurate data into our computer system using specialized software. CSR Lead positions are chartered with assisting with staff and volunteer training, opening and closing duties and more. This position is full-time and will include a weekend shift.
Minimum of $10.50 per hour. Closes when filled.
Director of Finance
Full Time (40 hours), Exempt, Salaried position
Larimer Humane Society is seeking qualified applicants for our Director of Finance position. This senior level position is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all finance related functions of the Society following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The position works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors and staff to help guide the financial development of the Society to ensure healthy and responsible fiscal activities within the context of the Society’s mission and goals. This includes working with the management team to prepare and monitor the annual budget, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting, managing the payroll function and system and working with the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Director of Finance directly manages the Licensing Department Supervisor. The position reports to the Executive Director.
Hiring range starts in the mid-60’s and is negotiable commensurate with experience.

Part Time (20 - 25 hours), Non-Exempt, Hourly position
Larimer Humane Society is seeking qualified applicants for a part time Veterinary Technician position. Our Veterinary Technicians provide clinical and administrative support for the Shelter’s Veterinary Services department. Major responsibilities include assisting with the surgical program including induction and intubation of surgery patients; maintaining accurate records; performing basic animal assessment and triage; administering treatment and medications as needed; performing dental cleanings and more. The position requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years previous work experience in a veterinary clinic and/or animal shelter clinic. Surgical assistance and proficiency with intubation, IV catheter placement and IV injection techniques is also required. This is a part-time position with a PTO (paid time off) accrual benefit. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required. Please indicate days and times of availability in cover letter. Hiring range for non-certified techs begins at $10.87 and at $11.45 for certified techs. Rate may be negotiable commensurate with experience.
