Marketing and Community Outreach Program Manager
Regular Full-Time, Exempt
The Marketing/Community Outreach Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Larimer Humane Society’s marketing, public relations and advertising efforts. The incumbent also engages in the research, planning, implementation and evaluation of all community outreach activities necessary to build awareness of Larimer Humane Society’s mission, vision, programs, services and achievements in the community. Local applicants preferred. The position reports to the Director of Development and Community Relations.

Client Service Supervisor
Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly (40 hours per week)
Our Client Services Supervisors are responsible for the operations of the Service Desk, during a particular shift, ensuring clients receive consistent high quality service. This is a full-time, working supervisor position. Incumbents participate in the Shelter Team and Supervisor/Manager meetings and are engaged in reviewing work flow and suggesting and implementing improvements. The schedule for this position will include at least on weekend day. No relocation provided.
12.50 per hour commensurate with experience. Closes when filled.

Client Services Representative (CSR)
Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Client Services personnel represent Larimer Humane Society in a professional and courteous manner and provide quality client service at the Shelter’s front desk. Requires learning a wide range of policies and procedures and the ability to enter complete and accurate data into computer system using specialized software. Client Services positions generally includes at least one weekend shift. Please include days and times of work availability in cover letter. This is a non-benefits eligible position.
$9.50 per hour. Closes Feb. 29, 2012 or when filled.

Veterinary Assistant
Part-Time Hourly (20 hours/3 days)
Veterinary Assistants provide administrative and clinical support for the Veterinary Services Department. Duties include accurate electronic and paper recordkeeping; animal care duties; surgery assistance; animal examinations and medication administration; euthanasia as assigned and other duties. Work schedules vary and may include Saturday shifts.

Animal Care Technician (ACT)
Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly (40 hours per week)
Our Animal Care Technicians are responsible for the daily facilities cleaning and care of Shelter animals. This position involves a significant amount of physical labor. Work shifts vary and generally include at least one weekend day as the positions provide coverage from 8:00am – 7:30pm Monday – Friday, and 8:00am – 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Cover letters should include hours and days available.
$9.50 per hour. Closes when filled.
